Meet fruit’s new best friend! This easy almond butter dipping sauce only requires 2 ingredients to kick up your fruit snack game. It is completely plant-based with no dairy and literally the easiest to make.
I originally made these to dip my prosciutto-wrapped dates (side note: they’re ahhh-mazing) in and thought “omg… this would be SO GOOD with apples!” Or strawberries, or bananas, or mangos…
I don’t know about you, but I’m a dipper. I just feel like everything is better dipped in a delicious sauce. If you’re a sauce person like me, you need this dip in your repertoire. You can thank me later!
All you need is almond butter and almond milk. Check your ingredient labels to make sure there is no weird ingredients or added sugars. I use an creamy almond butter from Sam’s club and the only ingredient listed is almonds. For the almond milk, I use the brand Elmhurst. It is a little more expensive but only contains almonds and water. Almond Breeze, Silk, Califia Farms, or homemade would all work fine as well.
