Ingredients
  

Chia Seed Pudding

  • 3/4 cup liquid (half full-fat coconut milk, half water)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • pinch salt

Cacao & Almond Butter

  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Cinnamon Apple

  • 1/4 cup diced apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Peaches & Cream

  • 1/4 cup diced peaches
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine the liquid, chia seeds, honey, and salt in a small jar. Close the lid and shake vigorously. 
  • Add desired toppings and stir to incorporate.
  • Refrigerate overnight (or at least 3-5 hours). 
  • Enjoy!
